Worst thing on Newgrounds
This has to be the worst thing ever.The whole thing looks like crap. Cheesy as hell to me.I mean come on. Papa Fear Factory to Cradle of Filth. You could have at least gave them less cheezy names for fuck's sake. As mentioned before the pacing is very slow. The idea is not very good at all. I did like the ricochet noises at least.

Too Many Meanwhiles...
Using "meanwhile..." to tie your story together is a really bad habit to get into. Especially when you leave so many loose plot threads.
Work on your skills at animating people, especially the Goths. The Scallies are fine the way they are, since they just stand there and blaze away with their guns. But if the Goths are going to be jumping around and swinging swords, you need to put much more detail into their motion.
Watch to make sure your background doesn't blend in with the foreground. The shot of the Goth laying on a grey hill with a grey background made him look like he was burried underground.
The bullet animation needs some work too. It's hard to tell which way they're comming from sometimes. And cut down on the ricochets. It's not very likely that several bullets would hit the exact top edge of a wall so that the ricochet is visible from the safe side.
