Actually, there's sorta a long story behind that. I made a thread on .net seeing who wanted to be in another movie, which gradually transformed into a Bond movie. I'm actually remaking the whole thing, so the preview's sorta irrelevant.
I just came up with the plot and cast today, and honestly, I sorta forgot about you. BUT. I wouldn't do that to ya. I'll find a fairly major role for you. PM me and we can work something out.
Good Movie
The Clocks theme is overused, fine, but that aside this is a very good movie. I'm certainly looking forward with baited breath to the full movie. Nice little Matrix-esque lobby/lift explosion, loved the expression on the guard's faces. Also, if you don't mind my asking, I know "B" is a clock in-joke, but what's the deal with it...?
good enough for me
overall a pretty good movie in my opinion. here's the breakdown:
graphics-8: most of the stuff looked really good, especially the explosion. the whole hopping around thing never appealed to me though, and in some cases more realistic movement would have been really cool (like the sniper rifle part, if you had him at least wobbling around a little bit it would have seemed so much more real. and have the bad guys move around a little more too)
sound-8: although you copied the james bond song, there probably was no other song that would have fit this as well, so that's cool. pretty good job keeping action coordinated with the sound though.
style-9: a grenade slitting people's throats?? what more could you want?
violence-9: again, loved the explosion and the throat slitting. a car explosion would have really topped it off, cuz in the real bond those badass cars always blow :)
humor-5: the "it's what's for dinner" joke got a chuckle outta me, which is good enough for an action movie.
by the way, I think what the guy before me meant was that the people just wanna see new funky stuff. even a twist on a very old and overused idea (like clocks) can still be very interesting. I think half the reason the madness series was such a big hit was because the people looked so weird+different+cool at the same time. And having a dude do the chicken dance in it was just plain funky lol.
anyway, good movie, but throw in a few more surprises. maybe a security guard making out with a chick and when grenade comes she dumps him or something. just switch it up a little bit, because that little junk always really seems to go a long way in movies.
okay, I'll shuddup now, but I hope this review was worth the time it took for you to read it.
