Alright, this maybe is the BEST Madness tribute I have seen so far, I mean this has color, it's not glitchy, it's smooth and looks awesome, make a lot of other madness ributes cause they will be worth it man... bleieve me.

Not too bad.
Pretty good, but I think more time would be needed. It does seem a little wierd that you have the "this is not stolen" things all over the place. I thought it was pretty good though, maybe take more time with the drawings, and try to develop some sort of a story for your next one. I think making a fan based version of something (of course with the permission of the creator) is awsome. Just take Madness where you want it to go, oh an maybe give better access (possibly the loader) to the credit for the creator. All in all good job, and keep up the good work.

Garrote wire. You mean "garrote" not "strangalation device." And a change other than color and music from the original would be worth considering too.
