Hey, it's definately cool that you have flash on newgrounds now. Some parts of that looked really cool and slick, but the way the explosions were done (and some other graphics as well) makes it the reason why it's not a 10. It was a good animation overall.

This was very good considering your brother's age. THe drawings, I myself wasn't a big fan of how some of his drawings looklike but that shouldn't affect his scor. The art was very clean though, so I gave him props for that. The music kinda matched the scene perfectly, while the sound effects were O.K. They weren't bad but they weren't the greatest

Its shows room for improvement and, as others have said, it needs a story of some sort. Keep trying and I bet you'll have some great submissions.
