Not Bad.
However, you've got folds where they wouldn't be and they're shaded a little strangely. However, I don't think this kind of drawing requires a background. One other small criticism I have is that his hands are not in proportion. One other thing that irks me just because I used to draw Kakashi A LOT, his hair is pointing the wrong way. Lol.
However, the general composition is not bad at all. Good work and good job on matching the colour. :]
