This song really likes to play it loud, and I salute you. However, it seems a bit repetitive around 0:28, and it never picks up the pace later in the song. If you can find the right amount of rythm, you have a hit on your hands.
A funky remix of Crush Crawfish's song. Mega Man still has some of the best songs in video games.
