Just paint in the loose values, and refine everything by using hatching.

This looks great, as does most of your work. Really enjoying the texture of this one, though. Gives it quite a bit more character. What kind of brushes are you using?

I used just a regular hard round brush with opacity jitter set to pen pressure.
