I don't have any flash posted here, mainly because they're all school-related and thus have to follow a boring outline, but here are some problems.
Newb mistake 1: As the guy said before me, shape tweening fonts is so cliché. Try to find a more creative way to do it.
Newb mistake 2: No sound compression? This movie could have been much smaller if you bothered to compress the music. Seriously, the quality of your music should be the last thing on your priority list.
Newb mistake 3: This one is a smaller one, but if you're doing a text-to-speech program (a necessity for CC movies, of course) and you come across a word that is pronounced differently than the program interprets it, you should spell the word FONETIKLY (phonetically)
SolidBluR Review
When I saw the preloader and the font I thought: "hm..nice font, lokos like this guy has some style."
Then I saw the font morphing into the other words...and I though: "shapetweening fonts this bad is a sign of n0000bs. This looks n00b. He even wrote portal wrong."
When the movie acctually started, I got so dissappointed I wanted to submit one of my shits to the portal just to make up for the pain that people have to go through watching this.
Because frankly, a peice of shit is better than this. Far better. Stinks less too.
That kinda sucked...
Strawberry clock and some other unknown clock fighting??? Nice idea! If you wanna make a real fight use strawberry and anticlockclock!
