Reviews for "Stray"

Advice on critics and the artist

This is a very detailed, and very smoothly shaded piece of work; I like it a lot. Minor flaws are always present in any picture, probably even the Mona Lisa but its very good overall and deserves either a 9 or 10 for effort, style, and outright artistic talent.

to the other critics though, I dont think writing detailed reviews about character flaws is a good thing when its a portrait of a woman when the artists icon is of a similar picture..clearly possible that this picture is a self image and your reviews might be degrading towards her.

Again though, your artwork overall is very eye-appealing and talented none-the-less; Keep at it!

thats 1 YUMMY girl!

GREAT picture. really realistic (not really. no1's THAT hot.) great shading, etc. plus she kinda looks like that tomb-raider chick, who's pretty yummy too. i'll rate 10 if you do this in color!

very good I love the ilustraccion incredible level of detail you put black and white and gives a touch of elegance.

she does look nice

But I have to be a little real here. If this is a drawing without lines, why are there outlines? (see outer perimeter of body, boobs, arm and face). Why does her neck lack lighting (I understand that it is a bit back and what not, but should be illumenated more, looks like it is sunken back). For the direction that the rest of her face is looking, her nose looks like it isn't quite in the same direction. After her bust, depth is completely lost, and is started to be lost during. I forgot what this part of the body was called, the part that connects the nose to the upper lip, the shading on her left looks a little off (but on her right, it looks pretty good). And why is the lining around her right eye darker than her left, especially when her left eye is in a lower lit area?
