Reviews for "Cyan"

Nice and relaxing

I can quite easliy sit down and unwind after a tough day to this tune. I've had quite a day as it is, but now I've listened to this song, it's done wonders to unwind me so far :)

The tune is nicely backed up by some soft drum beats and the piano is certainly a dominant force, although it is not overpowering. This piece, as a jazz tune could wander about for so much longer, but sadly it doesn't.

You could quite easliy add another 2-3 minutes to this song, as it paints wild, but abstract images in my mind. I'm sure that as your fingers dance over the keys, you'll think of something to carry this on with.

Great length.

- Good stuff -
If this is really improvising, it's really good. It toned down really well towards the end and the finish chord was nice and gave it a good finish and made way for the beginning which made it a great loop.

- Bad stuff and improvments
I see you have added some classical intruments and I know Jazz has some classical but I feel that the intruments of classic were slighty over-powered because it sounded too classicaly.
Lost a star due to the fact that I felt you could of lengthened it greatly. Youre imprvising skills are defintley good enough. :)

(title in work)

You never bore me with your excellent Jazz music that you make. The piano throughout this is very nice, goes well with everything, and I really like the nice addition of some kind of wind instrument at around 2 minutes. In fact, you have a great combination of percussion in here too. A very calming track, and another one to add to your resume.

(Can't think of anything...)

The piano in this song, is amazing, but the drums just don't work. Add a bass or summit, cause the electronic doesn't work with your piano. But holy shit... that was some awesome keywork dude.

Good job.

I like this song a lot. The piano here is most definitely on par with at least your piece Green -Remastered-. The percussion, and snare particularly, don't particularly work in the beginning, but towards the end, the syncopated rhythm really hits home. Good job. Another download for me. Just quite a few more to have the whole rainbow. Also, the improvisation, as you said in your comment. You could tell it was all one improv. but it was good, and you didn't really let it go stale until the very, very end. *Applause for your work*
