Listen here, guys, we shouldn't hate Justin Bieber just because he's popular.
If anything, we should hate his fanbase for being a bunch of airheaded pedophiles.

Have'nt really heard of this Justin Bieber so wont really judge based on the actal charcter or person behind it. Instead.
Have a look at the artwork see the detail and coloring along with shading and effects. So i will be judging on that.
What i like about this pic, is the closeup of the persons face right up in your face. The color and lighten brightens up that part to make it more focus on that, while the background is of a different shade. The drawing and art style is to my liking too, very well drawn and the shading matches.
So will be giving this picture a 5/5 faces and 10/10 stars. :o

Though, Mr. Bieber's expression looks a little gloomy. I would expect him to have a more adventurous feel to him. Or rather a more curious look. Though, you captured the Prince's loneliness/solitude rather well. All your missing is the flower and the sunsets (all 44 of them)... then this picture would have been immaculate! :P However, nice touch with the asteroid. Great job with the image and keep up the good work!
