I never saw the movie, but..
This was so touching. Reading other's reviews explained me a lot, and even for people who don't know anything about No-Face ( me, for example )this is a beautiful piece of art, so filled with fealings, it can make a person cry. It gives a lot to think about...
Even though there wasn't much animation, this was definately one of the better and more beautiful movies on the entire portal.
And now excuse me, while I go get a kleenex

nice & simple
This kind of short movie style worked really well for this little sad tale about no-face. Nice music and sound to go with it.
I actually thought when the butterfly landed on his extended hand that no-face was going to eat it, like he did with others in 'spirited away' when they took his offering hand.
