Put out your eyes!

Dear god, what has reduced you to such depravity?!

On a purely artistic point of view, try making the wings more of a focus - make the webbing bigger and the curves less deep, when they cut in between the "fingers" of the wings.

I see that you've gone with a human style stance for Bahamut - the way that it looks is that you've based it in a broad shouldered style and have laid the draconian colouring over the top. With this in mind, I'd suggest that you use more images in the research period to get a more reptilian look to the piece. I know that as a fantasy creature, you are allowed more poetic licence that normal, but this just needs a little more to get it all brought together and give us what we're after.

I thought the sky was too blue - Bahamut doesn't do stealth, so make that a lighter blue and perhaps add some more features to the background, such as a little vegetation, or some people running in fear from the sword-phallus of Bahamut.

reverend responds:

All good points Coop, as always. I wasn't sure on the depth of the wings so I made them deep though I didn't want to make them too shallow like a bat's wing. And yes, I really need to adjust his upper chest; he need more musculature there to power his wings, etc.

For the background, I wasn't sure what to do with it so I made it generic as possible so I can fix it later. I had the Red Knight standing in a corner in fear at one point, but it didn't look right. People running in terror sound better. Thanks!

This made my day

You have no idea how much I laughed after seeing this. Now we know the TRUE reason of why we do respect Bahamut a lot.

Loved the drawing style and the use of colors. Nice background, too.

Great Job!
