THE BEST ONE YET!!!!
Whoah! I was completely blown away by this one and the action and excitement it offered! It almost reminds me of one of those classic retro anime cartoons for some reason. Tenguman was the best part about this! His character was just incredible and so dynamic! Using some old Bass snes sprites for the clones was also a clever and original idea. MORE ACTION THAN EVER BEFORE! ONTO PART 4!

Usually people claim that using sprites for animating makes it more easy, as the characters have been animated already. But you have so many custom graphics in this that I'd more be tempted to say you have drawn most of this yourself.. If nothing else, then it's hard to get the movements of sprites correct.
Anyway, a great movie. I like that you have continued on the Megaman/X:Final Battle storyline, and cannot wait to see the final part.
Only thing I miss is a little more humour. Though it's a good movie, it lacks the small jokes - both visual and verbal - that the Megaman/X-movies had.
Oh, and I do LOVE the Mario-bear apperance. ;)
Btw, a typo you made. When Mega returns with Protoman, and ask Roll where Light is, she says "Light it's in the lab", while it should have been "is in the lab". Just pointing it out - it's a shame if that typo would remain as I have not yet found another one.
