This is not frame-by-frame....
Frame by frame is MUCH harder than taking pictures and putting them into flash. In frame by frame, you have to draw EVERY SINGLE position the characters are in.

yes i kno what frame by frame is...there is frame by frame drawing which i have messed around with and that is harder, and there is frame by frame like the way i did..i can see where your thinking this but this isnt all fun and games either getting them to balance and stuff its a little hard but not like drawing
Decent for a first go.
Next time, I suggest you use more pictures, as at times, it's too jerky to be able to properly see what's going on.
I'm sure that everything else will improve with practise.

The filesize is huge and its not very long, it looks like it took you some time making this, but it still doesnt look very good.

Seeing how it's your first using somthing....it was OK... but, way to short and kinda just lame...I think you should never do that again...no offense.

hmm its actually like 49 seconds long and im thinking theres a problem with the preloader and its messes up and ive noticed it myself a few times, i still havent watched the whole movie on ng i will try to fix this

The only thing i cant really put down is the time you spent capturing.. to make something unoriginal.
