Marc M #3: certainly violent but not as funny
I dig the art and sound, too... and while only matched by German Love Film for random violence, the funniness quotient is way down from most of your other flashes that I rated 9 or 10. Still, a funny interplay between the kid and the policeguy... perhaps a sequel is in order at some point? I'd like to see a longer scene with the Handi Pals actually getting to say a fucked up thing or two, and more integrated violence and humour.
