Inspired by Sonic?
This is a great piece, but I have one question. Is this inspired by Sonic the Hedgehog? The robot on the far right somewhat resembles him, and a few of the baddies are close to badniks from the games. Also, the fat robot can obviously be construed as Robotnik.

yeah the ones at the back esp. the wasp were inspired by the badniks
the blue robot right at the front was inspired more by that one really fast transformer (whose name escapes me right now)
