This is, without any doubt, art in a very pure form.
Art is alway very personal. Discussing whether something is art or not, is a waste of time, explaining why one perceives something as art is needless. Only the feeling is true.
The only thing I can say is that this is art. Part of my emotions with this movie let me suggest this is a possible representative for a lot of movies and ways of thoughts/thinking on Newgrounds.
Art 'can' sometimes be discussed, on many levels, which the ones about physical form have result mostly. It could be done with this movie, only, not many people would be able to discuss this with the proper background knowledge, and that is one of the reasons I'm not going to speak about the How, What and Why of this movie.
