Animate it...
You need to fine tune your animation. I would say to make his lips move but he doesn't talk :). Maybe animate his hand clicking the morse decoder...

I always thought that song was funny, I was thinking about doing a Flash to it myself.
Firstly, set the audio to "stream" so it will be in sync when you export it. Secondly you could try doing some more artwork. The Steven Hawking you drew wasn't bad, so if you did some more artwork yourself it would look a lot better. Some more animation and scenes couldn't hurt either.
