I'm giving you a Three...

...for many reasons: One, this is your first-ever Flash, and I think I can allow for a little leeway with first-timers, as I have yet to even try myself; Two, I've seen things where I didn't even understand the bodies of characters, let alone the plot of it; and Three, you tried to draw something other than just sticks, and for a first try, I have to say that this was pretty good. You even went out of your way to draw in backgrounds! Just practice a lot more before you submit something like that, because unlike me, everyone at NG's a critic, and usually all they can see is that you did a bad job, and therefore, it turns into: "OMFG yuo SUXX0rZ Im Giveing you a 0 Bleam thes piece of shat". Not to criticize everyone on NG, It's just that I seem to end up seeing a lot of people like that doing reviews and blamming artists that may just have potential. So don't let this get you down, and I know you'll do better in the future, if you continue to practice and remember to try new things!

Bizarre...has potential...needs LOTS of work.

First off, learn to tween. Tweening is essential in Flash if you're not doing frame-by-frame animation. The wobbly, choppy motion of this piece was almost unbearable. You should also try to refine your art skills. While it didn't look completely abysmal, the artwork was very sloppy, with undefined backgrounds and a somehwhat random placement of circled and squares. The music was also vastly out of place. Something a bit more ambient or fierce sounding would have been more appropriate. As it stands, though, the trippy and peculiar manner in which this was executed was interesting. Work on these flaws I mentioned and you'll have something worth a second watch.

for a frist flash this isnt that bad. The graphics were a bit choopy..but the story was pretty cool.
