The girl look great...
but a horrible seletion of clothes, very few colors, you have the drawing talent but you added very little effort with this. Try making her more interactive or at least add more types of clothes and clothes colors. Oh yeah, she kind of remind me of the girl from Ganguro girl (the faces).
