I like the humour, but you really have to do something about the voice. It sounds like you whispered into the mike at slightly higher pitch then you're used to talking.
My advice would be to to talk at normal speeds at normal speed, but very well articulated, and raise the speed of that. If you naturally talk this soft, then speak up a bit. A better quality microphone might help.
But hey, who am I to say that? I've never made a flash cartoon... Good Job on this one though, it made me laugh. :)
