A few things . . .

Sorry, I just hate it when there are lots of spelling errors and such in a game; it makes it look so thrown together, you know? Examples like `refreashed?` you mean `refreshed,` I think. The concept is a good one. The random magic is a little weird. I would like a save point if possible, as it is annoying to get fairly far then die and have to start all over. Have you ever played Absolem? This game seems to have similar problems with the battle system: no run away, very basic, no animation. But try to make more variety, a story (who is Jeff? What is he doing?) Some character interactions, even basic. Just spend a bit more time on the game. I love RPG`s and am very glad to see someone trying to make one, keep up the work. And ganbatte!

hehe true my spelling sucks. Thank you for your comment and although the game took many many hours to make it was a little thorwn together. haha if anyone makes it to the end their figer that out. See the story is Jeff wants to find his gold... and some bird thing is guarding it... hehe it was fun to make though. :) and gang battles would be really cool... i should figer out how to make that work.

It needs alot of work

Sorry man but this game is just gay. The graphics are horrible the enimies are dumb and the main character sounds like a faggot I know from school, I mean the name "Jeff!"(most people with the name of Jeff are stuck up halfw-wits or geeks) Change the character and his name, get better enemies(especially the stupid baseball bat thing), and work on your drawing. It would impove the game alot.

but wen i read rpg..i thought it wud b more like pokemon, or the old zelda...still the idea was good, and i killed a fewminutes out of my day;)

i hear u r doing a seqal...try and improve by maing it bigger..and more exciting...

Its Really Nice..... Better Than My Work

okay, that was brilliant. can we hook up for the sequal? i know a lot of AS, but not quite enough to make what you have, but, taking what you have i can make some additions for your sequal. if you dont want my help, thats fine, but take these things to mind when you make your sequal:

1. automatic attacking enemies.
2. equipment would be nice
3. a little bit of detail into the terrain
4. remove the gridlines
5. walking controlled by arrow keys.
6. maybe all controls by keyboard.

For the past 2 weeks I've been just working of the battle system of The quest of jeff 2! and is has all of the above but 6 involved :) It will be an awesome game when finnished :)
