That WASN'T just like Foamy. He TALKS ABOUT STUFF, and you can ACTUALLY understand him. Sure you got the graphics right, and you did the motion tweening, but you FORGOT TO MAKE IT FUNNY. If it were just like a Foamy flash, I would have laughed.
This flash is only slightly better than the "I hate Foamy so I'm gonna bitch just like him" flashes.
Yet another stupid Foamy hate flash...
I gave graphics a 10 because you drew Foamy so well, unlike the other artists who draw Foamy like crap!
