Keep trying.
I'm not gonna say that you suck, that would be kinda unfair.. unless you were trying to be that bad, this is obviously like, your first or so movie. so it wasn't too bad considering that fact. What you need to do, is add sound effects, make the visable sprites bigger (or the stage smaller) so there isn't as much white space. I mean, the backgrounds, you didn't even try.. if you really wanted to, you could rip some from the gameboy game.. anyways, also, cut the sprites out of their white background, or make the masking color white and put it to background transparent (I worked with directer in school, not flash, so I can't get technical with you). Any ways, sound effects and a moving camera would really help, the music was ok where it was. Don't make the battles completly one sided or two hits long, unless your going for a Bushido Blade effect.. Megaman battles with anyone with a name were usually somewhat intense (unless you cheaped them out with invis chips.. stupid cheap invis chip (sorry bad Mega Man NCG memories coming up where people cheated bosses out with invis chip)) Again, a nice first try, but seriously put more then a 20 second effort into it, or don't submit it to the internet (unless you were doing it bad on purpose or like having people say 'you suck!' a lot..).
