Wohaa... If I get you right, you are fairly new to Flash and this is your first really good piece? This was high quality entertainment (I use humor as "entertainment" in some occations).
Your tweening/animating skill is good, but an improvment in drawings is needed. And there is no other way to make such a huge battle with other characters than stick men, unless you are really pro.
And I love big battle scenes, so you hit my hear.
