Miss.Dynamite is.....
the most innovative characters ever to grace Newgrounds. This is my favorite Dynamites dressed as Scarlet and Cobra commander...priceless. I commend Sirkowski for the work he does bringing his character to life. I love all of these. Well.. with the exception of Miss.Dynamite XIII cuz of the emotional scars and all. Anyway if you like these you should go to this guys web page and read the manga it's even better.

Quite amusing, especially loved the gag involving the definition of "Underground". and if it's wrong to find G.I. Joe'd Eva cute, Ah don' wanna be right. But it's not wrong, so I'm OK there.
