Who wants to kill a poor little doggy? FREAKS, and that's the only audience this flash reaches. The reason they blammed the last one is because no one wants to dress up a dog, and only a marginal percent of people want to kill dogs(but keep in mind the reason this won't get blammed is because there are hundreds of idiots who vote 5 on anything to get a protection point).
