Yeah the cellist has it rough :( But I felt everything was fitting for the piece, I didn't just throw stuff in to make it be hard (other than in the cadenza, of course).
4:07 is berry cool, yep, that whole C section actually, I enjoy very much.

Rocky, these three movements have to be absolutely the last thing that I expected to find on NG.
Winter's right... this one is... I dropped my jaw at 6:15-6:50 section of the piece.

There's a few spots where you go out to the supporting orchestra with the melody and the soloist goes to the bass. The ending has a few points like that. When I go to play it, I might be a melody hog and steal those back :D (Yes, I'll learn to play it as you intended too...)

Yeah, man, there's not too many extravagant classical pieces like this on NG. Writing big things like symphonies or concerti really give me a feeling of accomplishment, and LISTENING to other symphonies or concerti is really entertaining.
Anyways. Yeah that section you were talking about--that's the insane part of the cadenza lol. : D
