Great spoof!
It was funny, and you did a good job animating it and whatnot, plus the song fit the action perfectly..
Now i'll try to answer Troy's questions for you, if i may :o
1. an alien ship have human rockets
1a. Of course, the hominid stole the rockets, thats why the fbi was after him..
2. an alien ship would dodge a grenade
2a. The ship didnt have an engine of any sort, how was it to dodge?
3. an alien knows how to drive a truck
3a. Section 14 Page 47 Paragraph 3.. its in every alien handbook, look it up
4. a standard truck
4a. As apposed to an automatic truck? I think all trucks are standard
5. and can reach the pedals
5a. He has stretchy legs and stilts
6. when a truck is coming at u, u dive away
6a. Not if its a giant truck, then you stand there and shoot at it
7. u dont fire 1 single bullet
7a. You do if you only have one bullet left
8. the truck wouldnt roll
8a. It would from a super pico bullet
9. especially from 1 bullet
