Needs fixing
The animations were smooth, but the graphics weren't the best. The music was alright, and the faint "Kamehameha" in the background was cool, but you were lacking voices or even some background music in the beginning and such. If you touch up the characters so they're a little more recognizable and detailed, it might help it out.
Music sucks
It doesn't fit at all. But besides the stupid music, it's not bad. Some drawings looked a little rushed. Umm... too much tweening. Not all that bad tho. nice.

But... you should have put more music earlier on in the animation. Voices would have helped too?!
And why did Gohan have such long hair? He never had such long hair so that you can tell the difference between him and other characters. Especially in stick form, they look exactly alike.
