Wow...
An instant favorite as far as I'm concerned. That's about a thousand times better than anything I could manage... but if you want a tip, I'd make machine gun fire straight lines and put more music on after the first piece ends.

Good matrix like battle
Extreamly creative and good. The scene and combat was nice, making it feel like and look like real scfi warfare. There were only a few problems.
The charchters didnt speak in the film like in the second renaissance part 2 from the animatrix where you got the idea from. Next time add people going: FIRE IN THE HOLE! KILL EM ALL! WERE ALL GONNA DIE! etc etc. it would add more feeling.
Graphics were ok i dont really care bout that.
Story line, good but add a little more flavor and backround.
Different faces of soilders, and a bit more drama. Like the soilders praying in the second renaissance part 2. cause its like there the last humans on earth i think they would be a little scared and stuff too. Other than that really cool idea. Make another like this man!

Seeing as it is your first, I'm boosting the Overall by one. It was great for a first shot! But I jes' found it boring.
Work on the graphics
Not bad for a first submission. You could work better on the graphics. The spaceships looks like flying rocks and you make the humans look evil. Otherwise its a good movie.
