Awesome punk look to it, and the blood splatter is wicked awesome. Proportions are good, but perhaps something could have been done to give the hair some slight lighting or at least show separate strands or even individual fibers. Skin could have used lighting too but I can see you were going for a certain kind of style. Also i get her ear has piercings but I don't really get what the studs are on the left side of the ear. Also what's up with the X's on her arm? Last, needs a background. You could have taken a lot of liberty in making the background bring out the anger in it... It really would have rocked the picture.
