Sounds very tech, industrial-ish and electro.
It gets pretty boring, as it's almost 4 minutes of the same thing :(
but it's the building blocks for better things, right? :D

sure... u r not into techno i guess. its like 90% of all techno is repetitive beats and such. i worked like 5 mins on this song, so im not going for an ultimate song or anything. its kinda... a test u might say. but thx 4 the review!

Yes, 90% of techno is repetitive beats, but the 10% is the interesting kind of techno (at least for me). With that said, I suggest you add "fillers" or music elements that will break the repetitiveness. For instance, you can insert a phasing/panning instrument in between transitions.
