Tolerable.
Nice animation, lacking the excessivity of tweening (which is a relief.) The graphics were done very well. Maybe you could've jazzed it up by making the mouth look like it's really saying what he is (designating an "o" shape for "o" syllables and so on.) The only faults with this short are that it's... short, and it's quite stereotypical. Oh well.
Ya, I could have tried harder and made the cop actually talk, but I rushed. Anyways.. thanks for the tips anyways. Also, about the "quite stereotypical", that's bullshit, this cartoon is from my experiences(besides the skateboarder fighting back). Not all cops are like that, but I've met a few like that and they said worse things.

That movie was ok. It reminds me of somthiing that happened about 3 years ago. Me and 3 other friends were skating. We were ollieing off of a ledge and some asshole says we have to leave. So my friend Simon Woodstock olies off and knocks the guy out with the tail of his board. that was back in the day. Simon now skates pro for CCS and Birdhouse.
