It could be used in a fairytale movie! It would be good in some movies scenes as well

I think it serves the purpose
I think your lullaby will work fine!
It's relaxing and modest, as a lullaby should be, with melodic tune without falling into sadness, which is a common mistake.

Agreed, a lullaby is supossed to be kind of happy for a happy dream. Sometimes it suits well though...(if you don't believe me, check out musicalrocky's lullaby).
