i'll just review this one 2.0
I'm sort of reviewing both of them though.
it's interesting, because in the slower version, the piano sounds better. and so does the stuff at 1:27, but the percussion and real lead sound better faster. I would attest that there is a quick and easily solution to your problem: Tempo Filter!
have it start out moderately fast, maybe not as fast as the first. Then have it slow down as part of the piano part, then near the end of the piano, have it build back up, and when you re-enter the rave, you can go even faster, then you could add some crazy lead going high and arpegiating and just going craazy, and then build back down untill you have an outro.
as far as the outro goes, I don't know if I really like either of them. this one needs another beat and some silence, you just can't cut something off at the end of the last measure, interestingly enough.
I like the one voice fading out with the perc staying though.
going along with my other suggestions. I would have the ipano come back in to go for the outro, and then maybe have a cutoff filter outro on the percussion.
always remember: cutoff filters on percussion can sound oh so nice and make it interesting without cutting up the beats.
in fact... if you don't want to do another remix of this/don't want to use my suggestions, and if this is in Fruity Loops, I'd like a copy of the file so I can just re-mix it myself :P
