This is kind of like the submission "Spanktron: A Noun" in that you can't really say if it's good or bad. Like Roger Ebert's review of "The Human Centipede" it's just, "It is what it is". I guess if you want to check out something grotesque, give this a try. In terms of quality, it isn't really anything special. I don't know if it's supposed to be a joke or not with the mustached fish. It seems like the old lady is giving us the finger with her foot, so it's the toe.
