This is kind of like the submission "Spanktron: A Noun" in that you can't really say if it's good or bad. Like Roger Ebert's review of "The Human Centipede" it's just, "It is what it is". That being said, it's still mandatory for me to give some kind of rating to it. I choose to go right dab in the middle with a 5 out of 10 for a netural position. The most disgusting part of this is easily the wrinkly vagina. What kind of person has purple nipples?
I guess if you want to check out something grotesque, give this a try. In terms of quality, it isn't really anything special. I don't know if it's supposed to be a joke or not with the mustached fish. It seems like the old lady is giving us the finger with her foot, so it's the toe. There appears to be a sock in the background with blood for no reason.
