It´s good
but after yo have played it 4 or 5 times it´s boring (that also goes for a lot of other games on NG so your not the only one) it may be a good idea to be able to view the shot you take from another angle after you took it (like from the back of the goal)

Just in case anyone doesnt realise the twat who posted the outwar link is speaking shite - thats just some lame ass html game that a rather pathetic contingent seems to be addicted to, and people who post that in reviews get membership revoked.
On to this game, its a bool concept would be cool if you could actually position where you want the ball to go and then add curl, where it does go is determined by a power slider so you can end up going under over wide. sound is a bit irritating, could the crowd cheer more and less depending on where you placed the ball?
This goalie is talented!
When I was a little boy, I thought stick people can't play soccer. Boy was I wrong! In Penalty Master, you have to, well, kick the ball into the goal. Unfortunalty, you have a talented goalie who can catch and kick the ball away, but if you manage to get the ball into the goal, you can feel sucess. I rather play this game then that soccer game when you have to answer math questions to kick the ball.
