OMG HI!
Your mistake: you either didn't sync the sound, or, the animation was off the sound to begin with. Change that, and then resubmit it in the groundsgold menu, not as a new animation.
The animation and drawings could use work though... Why not take a real drawing of Barney for a funnier effect.

the graphics were horrible but then again you were 14 and this was 2003 but other than that one of the funniest things on newgrounds do another brad
It was an okay movie.
The audio was good, but the movie went out of sync and stopped playing, and that seems to happen to every one that has viewed it.
Fix the animation and you would get a slightly higher score, or if you want your score even higher redo the entire animation.
