FREEZE FRAME!
That's seriously what I think when I see this. I'm just waiting for the guy on the left to be like "I WILL....STOP HIM WITH...BY MY SELF!", then charge and fall down some stair (which is my favorite moment out of all the episodes.)
Now artistically, drawing is real clean, and in some places the line work disappears giving a more realistic feel and look. Coloring seems natural and perfectly fitting into the series. I also like how the (what seems to be the bad guy) doesn't have the traditional black or dark red cape but still has a sense of evil to him. Which also accentuates his presences even more with the like grey and blue-ish grey outfit.
Now design of just the villains outfit I love. Makes me think of Dr. Wiley after going through a BADASS GENERATOR. He has a classy feel with an "I WILL BREAK YOU'RE ASS" coming from the armor. The hair on his face and head give him a menacing/brilliant/zany feel which is perfect for the show I think. And what kick ass villain wouldn't be complete without lightning shooting from his hands.
Concept of this piece is traditional and a bit cliched but fits perfectly in a situation I'm picturing in my head right now looking at this. Our heroes being confronted by an evil mastermind as he stands over them in a stance that says, "Bring it...I will tear you to shreds.". This guy should be the main villain of the whole thing. He seems more like someone that either: Created that red guy (I really suck with names), took over the red guy, or simply kicked the red guy's ass and made him his bitch. Either way (or none of those ways) this guy should be a keeper. Scary yet still fun to look at. Makes me think of the Joker in that way.
Just for the fact that I just love this guy even though I know nothing about him I give 10 stars. Yeah I would have given a lesser score because of how similar it is to a lot of "EVIL MEETS GOOD" picture but this guy is just to damn cool looking for me to do that. I've sold me on someone I know nothing about, bravo.
