to me it sounds like you got an mp3 of the song without vocals and slowed it down. But i am probably wrong. if you did do this, well done, great copy.

well, I would contest that you are wrong... if you listen to it faster or just listen to it immidiately after/before the actual song, then you should find the voices to be different. I also have some arrangement differences, though I admit I did start with essentially a carbon copy of the arrangement.
However, I do some things with variation on the organ that the original song doesn't do... so hopefully you'll find that it's not a rip or anything.
Thanks for the review anyhow :D

good ear
pretty awesome interpretation of the song if you did this by ear but you know what wouldve been pretty cool is if you put actual vocals from the song in here instead of that napoleon dynamite sounding keyboard.
yeahh that wouldve been nice..

Lol, I didn't do this by ear. I just downloaded a MIDI, turned it into sheet music, and figured it all out on piano, then entered it into Fruity Loops.
I might find the vocals and put them in, but I'm too lazy to look that hard for it, and I'm happy with the way it is.
now, I've only seen Napoleon Dynamite once, and I wasn't that impressed with it, but when is there a piano in that? or what makes that voice so napoleon dynamite?
anyway, thanks for the review.
