Try to separate words and speak from the diaphragm not the nose unless you want to sound like a guy from an old school radio program or sound nasal on purpose.
Speaking from the lungs also helps you talk louder so you don’t have edit the audio volume as much.
You got to also listen to your recordings for error.
I remember when I did my third cartoon I had to adjust my accent to make the character sound more accurate.
And trust me we all have accents. There’s even an American accent we all pronounce the letter T like D like butter is “budder.”
And latter is “ladder.” Just to name one.
