If you don't have a keyboard to press B you can double click/double tap the screen to take a bite. Sorry it doesn't say this in the game but I hope this helps.
my fingers hurt and then i accidentally let my finger rest on the screen and accidentally bit it 3 layers in i hope i die. good game tho, played as hatsune mouth
