C-Run is an endless runner where your goal is to dodge spikes, collect different power-ups, hunt for a top rank on the leaderboard, or try to unlock one of the 16 achievements!

Not bad, some powerups get in the way of playing though (such as the heart) but it's a pleasant, fun runner.
