Holy hell this animation was absolutely killer dude, it was absolutely lovely. Really enjoyed the dark scratchy artstyle and the simple macabre vibe it had, got that real nice classic indie short film nostalgia. Fantastic work for a solo project!
Nostalgic Nightmare
About 8 months in the making and it's finally finished. Albeit not the prettiest of motion pictures, it's still one I'm proud of.

This is honestly my first movie screening here on NG and I shit you not YOU'RE COOKING HERE! It reminds me of when you'd find those classic short indie films within the bowels of oldschool youtube. Everything about this is just fucking incredible for a solo made film! I was almost anticipating rapid jumpscares and cliffhangers but nah, this tense atmospheric horror and build-up to melancholy is amazing!

While i did not understand the story per-say i liked the flick. Nice hand-drawn environment and atmosphere although, i could not understand the voice-over... too much echo.

I gotta agree on the echo, definitely will keep that in mind for the future.
As for the story, it's a bit purposefully shrouded in mystery, which definitely might cause some confusion. More of it will be revealed as I progress with this lil series.
