The way you move the point of view with the animation is very well done and a lot of animating went into the characters it shows.
In an alternate 1983, a false alarm incident became too real, and caused the end of the world. Thus, two lonely men, who hadn't seen each other in a very long time, decide to have one final conversation together, in the most Russian way possible. Too many bottles of vodka.
