Sonic and Tails go to the chemical plant zone to defeat the evil DR. Robotnik and stuff.
After 3 and a half years I finally decided to uncancell this series and make a third episode of sonic the hedgehog. This is my 50th animation on newgrounds aswell! if you've watched the first 2, you can tell the animation has improved a lot, even Tails and DR. Robotnik have their adventures of sonic the hedgehog designs. I won't be constantly making these every 5 seconds because I have a life and other projects to make. I'll probably make these animations yearly, so if you actually read this description, it would be a big help to watch my other animated content.
Did I mention that I made this whole animation on a Nintendo 3DS?
You know? This is really good, especially taking into account the work tools (a 3DS): I've only checked the other two episodes (as I said, just checked, I didn't watch them), but the improvement is massive. All the animation is very fluid, but it felt slow, which doesn't really work well with Sonic, who's all about speed. I still think this was great. Keep up the good work!
American design is the best
The animation is very smooth and expressive! The backgrounds and characters all look how they do in the original and for being done on a 3ds, it somehow manages to have full coloring. Unlike the usual Flipnote animations that you typically see. My only real suggestions for next time would be to use a less muted color palette clean up the line-work and remove the unnecessary animation frames to make it look more quick and snappy while also saving time on drawing.
