However, if you can bond with a Ringly, then you will be pleasantly surprised when they reveal to you their evolved state.

Rotorso is an extremely powerful PokΓ©mon that only suffers significant damage from Water-types. The reason being that Water-types are the only PokΓ©mon that cannot be choked by spinning, plastic rings. (Ghosts not included)
Rotorso's hands are formed into existence using the souls of all the squirtles Ringly choked to death unintentionally.
